FAQ
What level of support will I receive?
You'll have access to a weekly Q&A podcast, community support and support from me inside the group Monday to Friday. GYST is a group coaching programme, so all support takes place inside the community.
Will I lose weight?
GYST isn't a weight loss challenge. But, when you're more consistent with calories, protein, water and steps, weight loss can be a byproduct
Does it include a workout program?
No. The focus of GYST is becoming more consistent with The Big 4 habits.
Do I need to track calories?
Yes. Calorie tracking is one of The Big 4 habits we'll focus on throughout the 21 days.
What nutrition support do I get?
You'll receive guidance on setting your own calorie and protein targets, two high-protein recipe books and ongoing nutrition support throughout the challenge. Targets are not individually calculated for you.
I'm away for part of the challenge. Should I still join?
Yes, GYST is designed to help you stay consistent in real life, not just when life is perfect.
Where do I access everything?
Inside a private Facebook group which you'll get access to the Friday before the challenge begins.
Can I message you directly?
All support takes place inside the Facebook group so everyone can benefit from the questions, answers and discussions being shared.
Is this personalised coaching?
No. GYST is a group coaching programme, so you'll receive coaching, support, accountability and guidance throughout the 21 days alongside the rest of the group. If you're looking for personalised coaching, individual calorie and nutrition targets, and a plan tailored specifically to you, my 1:1 coaching would be the better fit.
